Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners are commonly installed in window walls and masonry walls in hotels, housing facilities, hospitals and sunrooms. Heat pumps and back up heat strips are utilized to offer fast cooling and heating as well as accurate climate control. Fresh Air Ventilation facilitates the flow of clean air while GoldFin Anti Corrosive coating helps to increase the longevity of the unit.

PTACs fit into standard sized wall sleeves and can easily replace older units. For optimum convenience, control options include PTAC Control Display, Remote Control, or either a Wired or Wireless Third Party Wall Thermostat.

Heat Pump models, which range from 9K to 15K Btu/h, are perfect for warmer climates while Heat Strip models, also available from 9K to 15K Btu/h, utilize the back-up electric heat strip when working in cooler winter temperatures. High Efficiency PTACs are also available with up to 11.6 EER in 12K and 15K Btu/h capacities.
